What is your return policy?

Because I’m a one‑woman art studio, I’m not able to accept returns once an order has shipped. Every print and original is created and packaged with care, and I can only do so much as a small business.
If something arrives damaged or you have an issue with your order, please reach out right away at anthroartco@gmail.com — I’ll always do my best to help.

When will my order ship?

I pack and ship orders in between my full‑time job, so please allow 2–3 business days for fulfillment.
Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

How are prints packaged?

Prints are packaged with backing board and a protective sleeve to keep them safe during shipping. Larger prints may ship rolled in a sturdy tube.

Do you restock prints?

Some prints are limited edition and won’t return once they sell out. Others may be restocked depending on demand. If you want early access to new prints and originals, join my mailing list — it’s where I announce everything first.
